Session & Scheduling Policy

All sessions are by appointment only.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the session rate.

No-shows are billed at 100% of the session fee.

Zoom is used for all remote sessions.

All guidance is offered as consulting—clients are responsible for their own decisions.

Fee Schedule
Our services are billed according to a standardized fee schedule that reflects current rates for sessions, retainer memberships, packs, travel, and add-ons. Clients are responsible for reviewing the posted rates before booking. All pricing is subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. Published pricing is considered accurate at the time of booking. Any customized work, travel arrangements, or additional service requests outside the standard scope may incur additional charges.

Retainer Policy

Hours must be used within the month and do not roll over.

Services include any ByteFix, System Tune-Up, or Launch Planning sessions.

Remote retainers are Zoom-based; in-person retainers require approval.

Payment is due monthly and must be current to receive service.

Auto-Renewal Disclaimer
By purchasing a ByteMembership or enrolling in a ByteStarter Pack, you acknowledge and agree that your plan may be subject to automatic renewal on a recurring monthly basis. Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, your selected service will automatically renew at the current rate and under the same terms. You authorize ByteSized Help LLC to charge your designated payment method accordingly. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid continued charges. No refunds will be provided for unused hours, partial months, or failure to cancel prior to the renewal date. ByteSized Help LLC reserves the right to update or modify pricing, terms, or included features with reasonable notice.

By engaging with ByteSized Help LLC, clients acknowledge and agree that any actions taken based on our consulting are done at their own discretion and risk. ByteSized Help LLC and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any information, recommendations, or strategies shared.
